Modernizing an international travel magazine with a large, grown article archive without disrupting the daily editorial routine: outdated content formats, backend workflows and performance needed renewal — step by step instead of a big-bang relaunch.
Die Lösung
It started with a few new templates and turned into ongoing technical care: a new theme grows step by step, editorial and backend workflows keep improving, advertising is cleanly integrated — and I continuously migrate older articles into the new template formats, accompanied by performance optimizations.
Das Ergebnis
The magazine modernizes itself while running — in steady development since 2025, with no relaunch disruption for the editorial team or readers.
