Sorgenfresser
For the Sorgenfresser, Nickelodeon commissioned the programming of a microsite with a painting competition.
Die Herausforderung
For the Sorgenfresser, Nickelodeon developed the idea of a contest with a painting competition. The users were supposed to download coloring pages and send them back when they’re done through a competition entry form. The submitted images were integrated into the website through a gallery. The webpage also featured a video and a picture gallery of the different Sorgenfresser characters.
The conception and layout were realized by the Munich branding agency BDA Creative.
Die Lösung
The responsive programming of the website was carried out based on a WordPress CMS. The corresponding templates were created using PHP, HTML, SCSS, jQuery, and Javascript. The images submitted for the contest were directly compiled within an object of a custom post type through the Gravity Forms premium plugin.
